1) Inventory Management / Planning.
2) Stock Allocations planning & daily stocks requests (manual / auto).
3) Co-ordinating with Buyers and highligting Top sellers and filling stocks gaps.
4) Sale Events planning & proposals.
5) Stocks Consolidations from Bottom line stores to Top performer stores.
6) Focus on Slow seller & Non sellers and taking necessary actions to clear stocks.
7) Plan of Actions on Ageing Stocks clearance & maintain to below under tolerance.
8) Stock takes schedules planning for (Mid / Year end).
9) Shrinkage & Store Damages maintain to below under tolerance.
10) Store Visits on weekly three times and Focus on Floor & Back store space concerns (over stocking).
11) Budget & forecasting preparation for full financial year with agreed growth percentage.
12) Flasing Report (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
13) Focus on Negative inventory lines & follow up with stores team to clear.
14) Pending ASN follow up with Store team & closing.
