• Responsible for reviewing and extracting the required technical data presented in SPIR/ESPF technical drawing, manufacturer catalogue, data sheets, manufacturer website for required materials to form an accurate and comprehensive technical purchasing specification. 
• Review all the fields in SPIR form and supporting documents. If missing details should be raised for clarification of the focal point of the project team or end user.
• Identify the items with similar technical specifications that can be merged to promote standardization without detrimental impact on operations.
• Identity the spare type based on item, price and inventory guidelines.
• Review all data fields (class & characteristics values) for accuracy before material master creation.
• Creating material master record (cataloguing) and classification to complete purchasing specifications by using the sap system.
