I began my professional journey with a 6-month IT internship at Kenya Power in 2019, where I gained foundational skills in IT support, system troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance. In 2020, I joined Malili Distributors as a Sales and IT Support Assistant, where I managed inventory, processed customer orders, conducted sales analysis, and supported the Distributor Management System (DMS). In 2022, I advanced to a supervisory role in the security sector at Four Points by Sheraton (JKIA, Nairobi), overseeing outsourced security operations in a hospitality environment. Most recently, in 2023–2024, I worked at Gold Apple Beauty Store in Doha, Qatar as a Loss Prevention and Customer Service Officer, where I monitored CCTV systems, ensured stock integrity, handled investigations, and supported customer interactions in a retail setting.
