Providing continuing medical care for patients in the community.
Patient Consultations as the patient's first point of contact, seeing them in the surgery, at their home, or within other settings such as care homes.
Medical history taking, Physical examination, diagnosing illness and recommending the required treatment, considering physical, emotional, and social factors to provide a holistic approach.
Prescribing and monitoring of medication and care plans. Referral of patients to hospital clinics for further assessment or treatment.
liaising with other healthcare professionals/ hospitals to discuss care options for patients and their families, helping patients to take responsibility for their own health.
CPD, including Health Education, Audit, and QIPP.
Out of Hours Shifts.
Weekly GP teaching sessions and monthly CCG meetings.

Various Hospital roles including Peadiatric Surgery, Elderly medicine, Breast, and General Surgery, Urology, CardioRespiratory, OBGYN, and AMU. Which involved Detailed history taking, examinations, and initiation of all necessary investigations for patients, keeping full clinical notes, and ensuring the medical records information is updated according to local guidelines.

Assessment of all patients arriving on the ward. Daily ward rounds on respiratory wards. Team working including handover and presentations. Management of patients with acute and chronic medical problems. Arranging appropriate tests for patients checking results coordinating treatment and investigative schedules.
Assisting to coordinate discharge planning for patients.
Supervising and teaching F1 doctors and medical students.
