I would describe myself as someone who is a leader, committed, hard worker, able to manage my time in a productive manner and can work under stress. Combined with my experience in healthcare sector and my knowledge (Program management courses, GCP certificate, Clinical Trail Auditing), I believe that I can make a valuable contribution to your organization

I have 8 years of experience as a medical laboratory technologist and 2 years as post responsible at a reputable hospital that follows all quality procedures and guidelines. I am familiar with working and implementing quality. In addition, I went through CPHQ training and I am a PhD student in Quality management and Quality culture.

I am currently working as Project coordinator at Al Fayhaa Association in Tripoli. An association that takes lead in projects related to Education and protection in a humanitarian purpose. The main purpose is to provide educational support for in-school students and basic literacy and numeracy for students who are out of school. In this position I am responsible for Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, conduct and organize relevant meetings with the education manager procurement manager, finance manager and with the donor, documentation and follow up on important actions, ensure project deadlines are met, determine project changes and M&E tools and follow up. I have especially experienced Leadership, multitasking and problem solving as very positive. 

In addition, I lead the development and implementation of the quality management system and processes within the Middle East Medical Laboratory
