   Preparation of sub-contracts, including detailed Bill of Quantities.
   Quantity comparison of Tender drawings to the final construction drawings.
   Quantity take-off for additional works - Variation proposals/orders.
   Liaison and negotiate with the Client for payment applications.
   Rate analysis of new items under variations.
   Allocating upcoming work to sub-contractors.
   Preparation of Subcontractor payment certificates.
   Valuation of nominated subcontractors and suppliers.
   Preparation of Quantities for completed work with the coordination of the construction team.
   Assisting the construction and planning Section in preparation for weekly and monthly reporting.
   Site visits, assessments, and projections for future work.
