I have 12+ years’ experience in Information technology & Broadcast field. I have worked 4 years as a Technical Support Engineer with a ONAIR graphics software-based company (WASP3D) and working since last 9 years to till now as a Senior IT-Broadcast Engineer in a TV channel (AL Rayyan).

•Installing, configuring, and maintaining different type of Operating System. Windows Server 2019-2008 and Windows 10, 8, 7

•Installation & maintaining MS SQL Server 2019-2008 (DB backup & restore plan). Installed and configured MS SQL Server 2012, 2008 failover cluster service on Windows server.

•Installing Active Directory Service (ADS), Additional Server, Forest, Tree, Member Server, Configuration with Local Users and Domain Users.

•Active directory maintenance plan by switching FSMO roles main to backup and backup to main. Create require GPO and implement on users and group. Working on different kind of permission on folder and user

•Working with several hypervisor such as VMware, Huawei Fusion, Nutanix & windows hypervisor.

•Configuring, maintaining and Working on CISCO Core switch (Nexus 7000, 5000) and access switch (Catalyst 4948e, 3560), Dell Core & Access switch (S4048 ON, N3048) including VLAN configuration, Port Group channel, VPC, Network design and troubleshooting including network monitoring tool Manage engine’s OP Manager.

•Installation, configuration and provide support on different types of Broadcast & IT software and application.

•Configuring & creating require workflow on support ticketing system and OPmanager.

•Creating the Architecture and Scope of work in coordination with Integrators.

•Propose and Implement Technical modifications.

•Responsible for coordinating with different vendors.
