I wish to apply for the Tendering Manager / Tender Specialist position. I am confident that I have the right credentials and experience for this position. I hold a Masters’ degree in Engineering affiliated with Pune University (India) and have been with G4S since 2019 till date.

I have extensive knowledge in tendering and business development of the “G4S Way” that ensures compliance to the group policy and international bid standards and strategy. I have always been a great support to the top-level management, at local and regional levels, in the development and implementation of various business strategies.

I prepare and present consolidated reports and sales budget forecasting statements, and provide updates on current pipelined business allowing the management to make informed business decisions. I analyze all major variances with the right explanations and concrete justifications. I have great working experience in preparing different scenarios for bid preparations and have proposed corrective actions to reduce unfavorable variances. I have provided accurate and timely information to senior management through monthly and quarterly management reports. 

Possessing strong skills in communication, relationship management, risk assessment, and customer service I have developed strategic thinking and problem-solving skills while dealing with contentious issues during my tenure in G4S.

I have worked in fast-paced multi-cultural business environments and have sharpened my sense of responsibility and leadership qualities. I have accustomed myself to the Asia and Middle East business model and operational practices.

I have used advanced MS Excel features for lookup, sorting, linking, and graphic charting of data for financial presentations and for calculations of employee benefits, commercial bids, tenders, and annual budgeting exercises. Apart from this, I am having good knowledge of Salesforce, which is one of the leading platforms to manage sales and performance activities.
