An aspiring pastry chef with an experience of over a decade in patisserie as well as Microsoft Office. I have been responsible for production of all patisserie items, stock take, placing orders of raw materials, cost management, and staff training in all the listed companies.

I have over ten years’ experience working in hospitality and eight years’ experience in patisserie and have an advanced knowledge of all the tools and equipment of this position. I have a sound knowledge of all pastry recipes. My people skills allow me to work with people from all backgrounds and professions as effectively as I can work with the equipment in the kitchen. I am great at following orders and working as part of a team but can also take charge when required. I have an advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office which makes it easier for me to take on the responsibilities of tasks such as placing orders, inventory count and stock take.
