Throughout my professional career I have been able to work in state and private companies with different management systems, different objectives and goals, I am motivated by the possibility of applying my experience in HSE to achieve the best results and performances of the metier.

I am passionate about facing challenges where it is essential to reduce risks, with practical solutions and generating regulatory support when it does not exist or needs to be improved.

There is no better motivation than to preserve the physical integrity of people, where the lives of colleagues and friends depend on the decisions and attitude taken by the organization, all operations must be economically profitable and operationally safe.

I have learned that the HSE profession involves a constant acquisition of knowledge, whether through new production technologies, revised applicable standards, new trends, and tools for communicating with workers about safety and health.

According to my point, there cannot be an HSE professional who claims to know absolutely everything and does not have an open mind to appropriate the most effective ways to achieve the HSE objectives.

Regarding the type of work, my search focuses on 28x28 rotations or similar, but I have no problems to be residential if the conditions are suitable.

• Regulate the legal registration and approval of mobile health evacuation units. 
• Design the annual training in safety, health and environment with the associated budget, I strongly promoted the integration of the necessary training for the intervention groups. 
• I have successfully promoted an agreement with other oil companies for mutual collaboration in important emergency situations.
• I completely updated the contingency plans of the Neuquén District and the internal intervention plans of each field.

HSE Supervisor FieldOps, Neuquén District, 2001 to 2008.

Achievements

• Successfully introduce the HSE work methodologies applied in the Tierra del Fuego District to the Neuquén District, with a strong presence in the development and control of the Permit to Work system, Intervention Teams, and reinforcement of the operational control of the FiFi systems of the installations.

Systematically evaluated the associated risk for all activities, involving; heavy and complex lifting, work in confined spaces, use of explosives in civil works, electric blocking, mechanical isolation, scaffolding, etc. to carry out the operations, observing the work permit system, evaluation, review, and signature. Coordinator of SIMOPS Activity (Drilling – Production) including SIMOPS Dossier, PtW Coordination (under SIMOPS), application of SIMOPS Matrix, 

HSE Supervisor Project Management, Tierra Del Fuego District 1997 to 2001.

Achievements

• Successfully fulfill HSE supervision functions in onshore and offshore projects, In conditions of very low temperatures and constant wind, both in daylight and in night shifts. Installation of new separators for the Rio Cullen plant sealine. 

Coordination of SIMOPS activities for the installation of turbo generators, moto-compressors, mechanical and electrical welding works on the Hidra Centro platform associated with the Argo project including Permit to Work 

coordination. Supervision and preparation of SIMOPS procedure and risk matrix for the construction of a new turboexpander plant in the Cañadón Alfa field. Hook-up assembly in the Alfa Sur long-reach wells, during the continuity of the drilling works at the site.

Systematically evaluated the associated risk for all activities, involving, heavy lifting, scaffolding, SIMOPS etc. Identified the staff and competently performed operations for the permit to work assessment, review, and signatures.

BRIDAS Sapic, Rio Grande, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina Feb 1992 to June 1993.

Achievements

• My professional performance meant being the only HSE personnel from the YPF company that continued working for the new operator that took control of the fields in Tierra del Fuego.

I professionally fulfilled my duties as HSE supervisor, at the San Sebastián, Cabeza de León, Cañadón Piedras and Cabo Nombre fields.

Achievements

• Be promoted from the position of Senior Assistant to HSE Head Supervisor, in less than 2 years (3 levels)
• Based on my commitment to safety, I was designated as the metier's benchmark for all the fields operated by the company except the San Sebastian Plant, until the moment the operation was transferred to BRIDAS Sapic.

I worked efficiently as a safety supervisor first in rotating shifts at the San Sebastián LPG production and gas treatment plant, Cruz del Sur storage plant, with a large stock of oil, fuels and propane gas. / I satisfactorily fulfilled my prevention and active safety activities in the company's Reservoirs, which represented all of the existing onshore wells in the Province of Tierra Del Fuego, Argentina. /
