My mission is to create active and creative minds, to educate students to become competent and enthusiastic citizens. My goal is to empower students to acquire, demonstrate and value knowledge and skills that will support them to contribute to the global world. I believe in education and its limitless power to change the world. To inspire students, I adapt my teaching techniques and motivate them. By identifying, improving, and implementing the most efficient teaching methods, I work to encourage healthy sense of self-esteem and self-awareness and encourage respect and compassion for others. 

Motivation, trust, commitment, optimism, and consistency are my core values as a professional. My natural ability to excel makes an outstanding professional in education. My aim in education is to foster the acquisition of a base of concepts and learning skills to facilitate further learning and thinking. In my entire teaching career, I have motivated students to become confident, resilient, and creative individuals. As an experienced teacher and leader my vision is to shape my students to become dynamic achievers, critical thinkers, effective communicators, independent learners, global citizens, and ethical individuals. In addition to developing students on a holistic level and to becoming global citizens I adapt my teaching techniques by continuous professional development, collaborative consultation with industry experts. I believe to attain outstanding provisions as an experienced practitioner I research current educational reform so that I may benefit all stake holders. 

I have also graduated my Master’s Degree in Management and this helped me in my management position which I was in my former school for 4 years. I have overseen development and implementation of planning and achieving targets for the department and coordinated and supervised daily operations with line manager. I ensured compliance with regulations and internal policies and monitor attainment of objectives. I undertook staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.) and maintained scheduling of events and represented the school when needed Additionally, I produced termly reports to the director / stakeholders. I monitored 12 teachers over a 7-year period in Romania and I am currently monitoring 7 teachers in my school. I was the English Department Leader in Romania, a Public Procurement Expert and a student’s/adult’s trainer for TOEIC and IELTS tests. 

In my current context as a year group leader, I am tasked to oversee many roles. Part of my role includes developing high-quality provision with thorough planning and assessment procedures for Yr 3-4, delivering key differentiated learning, assessment, and progress tracking, attending field trips in Qatar. i.e., Katara, Museums, Aspire Park, Souq, running extra-curricular activities in Art and Spanish Language or leading Assemblies for Upper Primary level every 2 weeks. Other responsibilities include school duty rota and professional development training (i.e., Differentiation in the classroom), parental engagement meetings and whole school parents’ Evenings. I am also continuously developing and just graduated Harvard Business School –School Management and Leadership and the NPQSL course which I have successfully completed. 

Finally, I am ambitious, creative, energetic, have great determination, raw commitment and adaptable to new situations. My qualifications and achievements from the past 26 years show I am a dedicated person who will repay the faith shown in me by my employee many times over.
