Refer to the above post and applying same, I graduated BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering in Kingston University, London and completed Advanced Technician Diploma in Construction with additional skill knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, MS Office, ISO, QCS, etc. With 4 Years GCC and 5 Years 6 Month Sri Lankan excellent experience (high-raised buildings, large scale of sewer pump stations, renovations, steel work, façade, force main, sandblasting, painting, MEP, etc.) in construction & services as Site Engineer and Site Engineer with reputed organizations.

My major scope of duties and responsibilities are as follows;

Evaluate the projects and its requirements (Civil / MEP).
Assess the impact and feasibility of site due diligence, preliminary layout and up to the final engineering design.
Prepare architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.
Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.
Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff.
Lead and direct onsite construction teams.
Manage deliverables on time and within the budget.
Ensure the safety requirements are followed in the site.
Ensure the process of architectural and structural repairs.
Coordinate with Client for Request for Inspection (Civil/M/E/P).
Prepare QA/QC reports.
Prepare BOQ.
Conduct regular site surveillance and issue internal NCR or site observation if necessary.
Control and assure the quality of all site materials and on arrival materials.
Prepare method statement and take actions according to the approval and comments of consultants.
Review drawings & specifications, laboratory test Results, inspection and test plan, and method statements for implementation and modification.
Analyze and finalize the submissions of contractors for the issued tender.
Draughting of amendment drawings, shop drawings and as built drawings (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).
Estimate the material quantity for the proposed project.
