With more than six years of experience in the commercial sector (sales, retail, luxury sales) and customer service I assume the monitoring of customer policy defined by the mangement. Capable of communicating in both English Franch and Arabic with clients ans suppliers. Thanks to my sense of communication I am able to resole disputes and satisfy customers. I work in the field of sales, luxury sales (perfumes, jewelry, watches, clothing,...), trade, customer service for more than 6 years, currently I am in Qatar I work in the field of luxury sales for more than two years. I master sales and negotiation techniques.

I have a computer technician diploma IT, 

a certificate of training in business English and communication.
