Job Responsibilities:

• Site inspections of Micro Tunneling and open cut Trench for Surface water line
• D=1500mm, L= 1.6km&D=1200, L=5.21km, D=600mm L=900M, Mix Depth of Excavation shaft =19M
•  To monitor De-Watering arrangement at site, Deep Excavations of shaft blinding concrete installation of jacking frame and laser, Pipe Drilling, pipe jacking, Pipe Grouting, Spark Testing for Extrusion welding, Air testing. 
• Site inspections of Deep excavation for TSE line L=9.560 KM, D=900,700,500,250, Mix Depth of Excavation Trench=6M

 QC Site Inspections on daily bases all kind of construction work activities as well as Embankment layers, Aggregate Base Course, Wearing Course and Base course (Road works),

• Micro Tunneling and open cut Trench for Full sewer and Surface water included wakra tunnel pipe Dia15000,1200,800,600 total Length 13.2km,
• Mix Depth of Excavation shaft =21M

3 truck underpasses, 291 Reinforced concrete culverts, 2 Overpasses along with retaining     wall structures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

2. July-2015 to Nov-2016:

QC Civil Inspector - For Road Works (Pavement)

• QC Inspections & checks for ongoing activities of Road works including moving earthworks, back filling, Pavement, sub-base, Asphalt courses (BC-A, & Wearing Course, and all associated civil works.
• Encoding all the accepted and rejected raw materials.
• Monitoring internal & Subcontractor’s performance to ensure the quality of work is complying with project requirements and QCS.
• Quality checks on the materials used like GABBRO, Aggregates, Sand and Bitumen.
• Supervision of all the above works in progress to ensure that procedures are followed, and materials used conform to specifications.
• Preparation of construction samples materials to be test as Per the ITP & Method statement Ensure the identification on every sample.
• Recording all the pass and fail on the test result and report it to the Supervisor assigned.
• Was effectively raising Non-conformance Report (INCR) in case of deviation in the implementation of the project.
