I am highly interested in the specified job role of HR domain.. I have more than 7 years of experience as an HR Professional. In my current position I am taking care of recruitment, induction, training, managing employee record, Payroll, HR policies etc. So far I have designed HR structure, Policies, forms for 3 companies. so this post suits me very much.
