I am highly interested in the specified job role of HR domain.. I have more than 7 years of experience as an HR Professional. In my current position I am taking care of recruitment, induction, training, managing employee record, Payroll, HR policies etc. So far I have designed HR structure, Policies, forms for 3 companies. so this post suits me very much.
 

 

I am extremely organized with the ability to prioritize as needed and think on my feet. My communication and interpersonal skills allow me to interact on a personal level with employees of all backgrounds and in various scenarios. I possess in-depth knowledge of employee law and I am familiar with every aspect of HR.
