 I am a chief surveyor holding Bsc engineering and accredited as a survey engineer in UPDA with grade A i have been completed more than 16 years experience in survey field 

 Coordinating with subordinate staff and supervisor to set work priorities.
• Assigned day to day and short term target tasks to subordinates in line with construction schedule.
• Providing technical support to subordinate surveyors and chain men.
• Providing feedback to supervising superintendent on manpower requirement.
• Providing feedback to engineering in cases of discrepancies in drawings/clashes/unfeasibility and 
originating technical queries when necessary.
• Supervision to all survey work for Establish  control Points, bench marks 
• Provision of technical support of stockpile quantity survey and measurements using the advanced computer based software (civil 3d ,Trimble Business Center, surfer, Gloper mapper, Expert gps,tramodel).
