I am a Senior Mechanical Engineer with over 19 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management for industrial, commercial and domestic areas. My expertise lies in the design of environmental controls, fire suppression and air exchange for LEED buildings.
My hands-on experience in Mechanical Engineering enables me to successfully and effectively interact with contractors across multiple construction sites. I have shown excellent Project Management abilities which are demonstrated by an extensive history of completed projects.

 

• Ensure the compliance of Project Quality Plan/Inspection
• Assist the QA/QC Manager in Implementation of the Quality Management System at project site
• Daily monitoring/inspection of the PPM activities at the site and review their reports.
• Responsible for ensuring that all processes of non-conformities are highlighted through CAR’S/PAR’S
• Ensure pre and post calibration of all testing tools/equipment.

• Approved Permit to Work for site activities and also check the implementation of HSE requirements at site
• Supervised team in troubleshooting of AHUs, FCU,s Fume Hoods, Heat Exchangers, Chilled water pumps, dehumidifiers, Motor control panel, cold rooms, Remote chillers, Air Curtains, Exhaust fans, Kitchen Scrubbers, Split and window units, Variable air Volume Boxes and Air valves, Fire Smoke dampers/Actuators, Chilled Beams, Fan power boxes , Airflow measuring stations
• Inspect and analyze existing systems and verify operating parameters for accuracy and determine the Condition Survey.
• Managed preventive and predictive maintenance schedule for all HVAC equipment in critical areas
• Review material of all the HVAC/Controls for the work as applicable.
