Experienced Instrument Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry. Skilled in Petroleum, Gas, Process Control, PSV, and Control Systems Design. 

I am an employee of Gray Mackenzie Engineering Services and have worked as a senior Instrument Supervisor with Qatar Gas (offshore & onshore), Qatar Petroleum, Dolphin Energy, RGPC, Shell GTL, Sewage Treatment Plant which under Asghal Company & RLPC Client.

Over the 11 year of experience in instrumentation & control, installation & testing, operation & maintenance and troubleshooting.

Proficient in planning organization and executing operational and maintenance tasks as a skilled engineer or supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

To perform preventive, corrective and break down  maintenance activities on Hydraulic, Electrical, Electronics, and Pneumatic Instrumentation & Control Systems Covering, Gas Turbine Generators & Controls, Steam Turbine, Control Valve, PSV, Distributed Control System (DCS), Profibus Communication Emergency Shutdown System (ESD), Fire & Gas Detection System (FDI, GDI), PLC, SCADA, PID, HMI, Quality Analyzer ( PH, ORP, DO, CL, TDS, Cl2, Co, Turbidity etc.)

To perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Pressure (PT, PID, PS, DPG, & DPT), Flow (FT, FIT, FAM, FC & FI), Level (LT, LIT, LG, LC, & RTLT), Temperature ( TT TIT, TIC, RTD, & TC) , Controller,  Recorders and other Measuring & Control devices/equipment, Protection Devices/Systems such as Vibration, Surveying Instruments, Over speed and Anti-surge loop.

Routine Calibration and maintenance of fire and gas equipment such as Flam Detectors Hydrocarbon Gas Detector, H2S Toxic Gas Detectors, Open Path Gas Detectors and H2S Analyzer.

Maintained all measurement methods, measurement standards, calibration instructions, measurement uncertainty, computational software and other instruments used in the calibration laboratory quality. 

Responsible for the preventive or corrective and breakdown maintenance of I&C Systems installed at Gas Booster Compressor, Instrument Air Compressor and Nitrogen generation unit.

To prepare requisition for spares and materials inventory Management, QMS, Equipment Data Entry and Failure Reporting in Oracle/SAP, Notification and work order management in SAP.

To read and understand Engineering Drawing such as P&ID, Loop and Logic Drawing, Hookup and Wiring Diagrams. To comply with all company HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) Policies. PTW Procedure and be familiar with all safety hazards related to Oil and Gas Plants and Waste Water Plants.
