Over 20 years working in IT for Financial Services organizations including HSBC.  Started off as a graduate in Service Operations and eventually managing a team of IT Operations Engineers from Level 1 to Level 3 support, covering Desktop Support to virtualized, physical, and cloud server environments.  The final role was as an IT Delivery Manager working for the UK Government.
