Within eight years, I have developed strong sales skills in the beauty industry that have enabled me to build a record of sustained sales increases within every environment I have been in.

I started from the bottom and built my way up the ranks, from beauty session maker to team manager handling a complete department and team of up to 15 beauty professionals.

Developing sales KPI’s, reporting, managing team members, training new staff and leading by example are the few day to day activities that I manage.

Above all, I’m hungry for my next challenge, a challenge that I can put skills to the test and a challenge to build positive customer relationships every day utilizing my years experiences, in a positive environment that embraces growth.

1. Responsible of a team that carries out therapeutic sessions, develops their skills and abilities, and motivates them to perform at their best.

2. Follow up on the client’s treatment sessions and update the types of sessions according to the client’s needs to get a better result.

3. Considering the client's opinions and her satisfaction with the services to develop and update the quality of services with the international trainer.

4. Coordination with the sales manager to achieve the sales numbers required for the department and to treat it in the event of its inability.
