As a skillful result oriented Facilities Manager in Doha, I have been responsible for the operational and facilities performance of 3 different school buildings in Qatar for the last 6 years. Before then I managed various FM portfolios that included government and private buildings in South Africa, ranging from corporate offices, commercial and residential based FM contracts. Ensuring best practice is implemented across the multi-site portfolios, whilst ensuring positive, constructive relationships with long-term partners and team members on site.
I provide strategic and operational leadership that has helped the facilities stakeholders and end-users
to understand the potential impact of their decisions on the provision of space, services, cost, and
business risk, ensuring a corporate and cost-effective environment for the occupants to function.
I have constructively led innovation across all technical and soft services; identifying opportunities for
improvement that encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure efficient and effective delivery of support
services for the organization’s functionality, comfort, safety, and efficiency of the built environment by
integrating people, place, process,technology and constantly reviewing facilities purpose and compliance.
