حول NIJIL KALENTAVIDA:

 Having more than 12 Years of progressive Food Quality Assurance & Quality Control experience/production in the food industries, restaurant, and warehouse operations. I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet the expectations for the above QA/QC Supervising position. I am proficient in reviewing, maintaining and monitoring food quality programs. Experienced in the adherence of quality standards throughout every phase of storage, food preparation and distribution(Dairy, Ice creams, Fruit’s juices  & Vegetables ).  I am a postgraduate holder in Food Science & Technology, Bachelor of science in Microbiology and also certified as ISO 22000:2005 Lead Auditor, IMS Internal Auditor (ISO 9001 & ISO 22000), HACCP Level-3 and Chemical & microbiological Analysis of food & water. ➢ JAN 2022- Present QUALITY ASSURANCE INCHARGE at GROUP FOR TRADING VEGETABLES & FRUITS, W.L.L, P.O Box: 7303, Doha – Qatar 

 Duties & responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage warehouse, quality, and production staff to maintain and enhance systems, workflow, and operation processes to ensure efficient operation and drive continuous improvement and optimization of processes. 

• Supervise the Food Safety Team and confirm that processes required for the Food safety management system are established, executed, and maintained. 

• Make the organization requirement programs and ensure that PRPs is implemented. • Responsible for Quality Assurance of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables.

 Duties & responsibilities: 

• Continuous QA stock inspection of the cold storages. 

• Updating HACCP, Prerequisite programs, operational prerequisite programs and GMP. 

• Developing HACCP plan for new projects and implementing continuous improvement for QA Protocols. 

• Conducting Quality Policy/Objectives/KPI/GMP/Food safety training and coordinating sanitation programs. • Monitoring the Process CCP, OPRP and PRP. 

• Monitor and support all Food Safety Program activity by using trend analysis. 

• Conducting Internal Food Safety Audit and supplier audits. 

• Coordinate with external auditors/certification body for Surveillance Audits.

Duties & responsibilities: 

• Responsible for overall Hygiene practices inside the Plant • Responsible for coordinating and documenting Food Safety Training Program. 

• Maintenance of Traceability of Individual process from Reception to finished products.

 • Coordinating with Maintenance /Production and Stores about the Quality of Products. 

• Prepare, implement and conduct sampling plans for environmental microbiological monitoring activities. 

• Conducting necessary training Programs including Quality Policy/Objectives/KPI/GMP/GHP and HACCP wherever necessary.

• Investigate external and internal complaints. Documentation and record keeping (QMS, FSMS and HACCP). • Participating Management review Meetings.

 • Monitoring the Process CCP, OPRP and PRP. 

• Monitor and support all Food Safety Program activity (i.e. micro, environmental, foreign material, pest control activity and other) using trend analysis. 

• Managing health and safety regulatory requirements in the plant.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Master of Science Degree in Food Science & Technology (2008-2010) from Mahatma Gandhi University India. 

• Post Graduate Diploma in Food Technology (2009-2010) from Indira Gandhi Open University-India. 

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology (2005-2008) from Calicut University – India

• FSSC 22000 V 5.1 Internal Auditor 

• Certified in IMS Internal Auditor- ISO 9001 & ISO 22000

 • Certified in Advanced Level 3 HACCP (High Field, U.K.)-DAMI Internationals.
