I am a University rank holder and Gold medalist in B. Arch degree from University of Calicut, India and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). My experience in different organizations helped me to involve various stages of design & construction like concept development, design presentation, detail drawings, approval drawings to tender, as well as execution and quality control.  I have a proven track record of being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the quality and integrity of the design work.

1. Design Lead & Project Manager at GHARNATA CONSULTING ENGINEERING, Qatar (DEC 2020 – TILL DATE).

AREAS OF PARTICULAR EXPERTISE:

• Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic objectives and make recommendations to modify to enhance effectiveness.
• Spearhead the teamwork, planning the weekly work assignment for team members, Project schedules, WBS and Project plan.
• Oversee the design process using technical expertise and management skills. 
• Client co-ordination and project direction to proceed in work. Communicate effectively with clients, end-users, and contractors.
• Addressing escalated issues in client meetings and handle documents likes RFIs, RFAs, MoU Authority letters, MoMs, VRs, RFPs etc in the Design & Built projects.

2. Senior Architect & Project Co-ordinator at KHATIB & ALAMI CONSOLIDATED ENGINEERING, Qatar (NOV 2014 – JUNE 2020).

3. Senior Architect Designer & Co-ordinator at BLUU GULF SPC, Qatar (JAN– OCT 2014).

• Develop design concepts and drawings for interior fit out.
• Develop presentation packages for pre-tendering as per client requirements.
• Monitor the team and architectural design programme development.

• Tracking the sub-contractors to execute the submissions and execution on time as per schedule and follow up to the procurement department for payments and delivery to achieve the schedule.
• Prepare Close out documents and As-built drawings for handover procedures.

4. Project Architect at QATAR DESIGN CONSORTIUM, Qatar (FEB 2012 – DEC 2013).

1. Prepare architectural programme and Project plan to fix timeline.
2. Co-ordination among various disciplines like MEP, Structural and Architectural; and interdisciplinary check of drawing outputs at each stage.

4. Assemble and cross check drawing at various stages of authority approval like DC1, DC2, Life safety/QCDD approval, Fire approval(fire safety & fire alarm), QClean, Kahraama (electrical, plumbing, drainage, & elv), Qtel etc. 
5. Prepare drawings and study report for Road approval as per QTM and QHDM standards for Ashghal and MMUP submission.
6. Tender evaluation (Commercial + Technical) and preparing comparative study.
7. Prepare Technical Architectural Specifications for various projects as per QCS.

5. Project Architect at GULF CONSULTING GROUP, Qatar (JUNE 2010 – DEC 2011).
