• Prepare & Issue planning package as per contractual terms & conditions and receiving approval from the Client within the stipulated period of the contract.
• Diligently took part in pertinent meeting with the Design Team, Project Team & Client’s Representative.
• Dexterously developed monthly invoices for the project and monitored the productivity rates for different trade contractors of the project.
• Instrumental in evaluating the daily/hourly target for the team and suggesting management for overtime criteria.
• Efficaciously organized weekly evaluation meeting with team for evaluating progress; identifying the areas of concern (if any) and took initiative for recommended action for eliminating the same.
• Ensure that required resources and skill sets are available to meet the schedule and resources are levelled and activities are rescheduled if the required skill set is not available.
