Four languages written and spoken, more then 10 years in executive positions, over 20 years of experience in Middle East and GCC.

I held several positions from which I gained extensive experience in handling complex operations in large scale and five-star properties. This added to my knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, cost reduction and achieving KPI’s.

I took charge of chairing the executive committee daily meetings and held one on one brainstorming sessions to set plans and mitigate obstacles to achieve departmental objectives.

My role was to prepare and monthly audit reports and assure the implementation of the best practices. Presenting the capital expenditure plans to the senior management and to the owner for approvals.

Monitor day to day operations of rooms and food and beverage with attention to details and envisaging ways to continually improve the quality and increase guest satisfaction.

Senior Consultant/ Hospitality Services- Accommodation- ARENA

Participated in various phases of the hotel accommodation project and ensured proper implementation and readiness 

Key Contributions:

• Hold meetings with FIFA’s Senior management related to sales and distribution
• Nominated Hotel Manager for Supreme Committee and Qatar football federation’s VIP Hotels
• Analyse all hotels in Qatar and present a room rate structure for short and long stay for each hotel
• Advise on potential hotels for FIFA’s various user groups based on requirements and service standards
• Work with the legal department on the hotel accommodation agreement
• Negotiate the agreements’ conditions, inventory and the related services with Hotel Owners/Operators
• Establish the necessary tools and business workflow for the FWC Qatar 2022 accommodation contracting project
• Conducts one-on-one meetings, workshops and forums with the Hospitality industry.
• Hold meetings with Qatar Tourism(QT) to find means of collaboration  to achieve the national vision
• Prepare weekly report for Minister’s office
