  • Perform analysis of project requirements to plan and manage resources effectively.
  • Provide supervisory and controlling functions to make sure the project is at par with the expected engineering and management standards at all stages.
  • Assist in the preliminary planning discussions to determine the objectives, scope, constraints, risks and deliverables of the project.
  • Receive daily and weekly reports from the contractor, evaluate them and provide the derived vital statistics to the senior management.
