I have a master degree in physiology and biomechanics of physical activities, a second-degree licensed swimming coach, certificate in muscle building techniques, certificate in aerobics and certificate in adapted physical activity. I have several years’ experience swimming professionally competing at a national and regional, and now that I no longer compete, I am pursuing a career as a coach. I have extensive knowledge of swimming, functional training, bodybuilding, weight loss, HITT, TABATA, Cross training and crossfit.
I have the skills and ability to work and communicate with all the members of the team, set up schedules for the team and courses, conduct practice sessions and to make sure that all my costumers having fun. I have the ability to keep excellent records of everyone on the team and to know any special needs or medical condition the costumer have.
Being a former competitive swimmer, I have lots of patience and I am very compassionate towards others but I know when to push to provide my team with the inspiration they need to do the very best they can.

I have 7 years experience as i trainer i started with swimming and I was so interested by combining the fitness and the swimming from that time i started my carrier as a fitness trainer and CrossFit Coach
