With 16 years of full-time sales experience, I've held diverse roles, including sales executive, senior sales, acting sales supervisor, and sales manager for various companies. Notably, during my time at Bloomingdale's, I made significant contributions by providing exceptional customer service and upholding the luxurious reputation of the company. I had the privilege of working with high-end clients, including members of royal families and celebrities, while presenting multiple brands in a unique way. Brands I worked with included YSL, Gucci, Gianvito Rossi, Tory Burch, Zanotti, Valentino, Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen, etc, While covering the Boucheron section, I self-educated on fine jewellery and watches and shared my knowledge with colleagues. At Halloumoglu, I played a key role with my team in driving the company's transformation and building its image by excelling in marketing, human resources, sales, opening online sales channels(E-Commerce), website and app launches, directing finance dept., following up with purchasing dept., place a strong emphasis on customer experience.
