• Conduct visual inspection, hammer tapping, concrete sampling, excavation and nondestructive test for all accessible areas prior to start of remedial works.
• Study existing structural arrangement, operational system and requirements for the equipment needed prior to start of remedial works.
• Checked method statement submitted by contractor prior commencing of works.
• Undertakes regular inspection to ascertain that the work being done is in conformity with the plans, specifications, and other related contract documents.
• Negotiates to client / contractors regarding change / additional work order.
• Interprets and analyzes constructions contract and checked BOQ and project cost estimates.
• Checking of actual quantity and quality of works by contractor prior to acceptance of client.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly accomplishment report.
• Attend meeting with client and contractor.
• Maintain orderly compilation of all documents related to the project       
• Checked / reviewed billing of contractors.
• Prepare business correspondence to all parties concerned in the project, particularly on the status of the project.
