Well versed in supervision for the construction of all civil & structural works high rise building and asphalt roads, Bridges, Drainage System, Precast Fabrication, Concrete substructures, Superstructure, Steel Structure facilities and Micro tunneling works.

Knowledge in High rise building all activities & Earthwork related activities such as Clearing & Grubbing, Excavation & Backfilling, Cut & Fill, Sub base Preparation, Widening, Ground Replacement, Slope Protection, Embankment and Soil Improvement and familiar in different Laboratory and Field Testing Procedure for concrete and Earthworks activities.    

QA / QC activities since 1995 in various projects which were included high rise building & Earthworks, all utilities, Viaducts, Roads, Excavation &Raft Foundation, Erection of Steel Structures and Massive Reinforced Concrete Works, High rise building and infrastructure.

Skilled in staff Supervision, Documentation, Site Inspection, Coordination Meeting for NCR close out, training, Internal & External Audit, Snagging, as built drawings, project Dossier, Correspondence and Computer Literate and can work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Establishing, Implementing and Maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 Standard in the site.

·         

·        Implementation of Company’s quality policy and Procedures.

·        Comply with the company’s IMS Policy and other related regulations.

·        Prepares and submit Project Quality plan (PQP), Quality

·        organization plan (QOP), Method statement, Inspection and Test Plan and Check list for all works.

·        Prepare & submit Project Specific procedures for site activities according to company IMS procedures.

·        Review and submit sub-contractor’s Project Quality plan, method statement, ITP’s and other quality related documents.

·        Review and submit sub-contractor’s Prequalification and Material submittals.

·        Material submittal review &assistance and supporting during project execution and solving any problems appear with the other Department to ensure continuity of the project to final target date.

·        Co-ordinate with consultant/client for delivered material inspection for approval.

·        Ensure that all the inspection and test activities as per approved ITP’s, project specification & QCS2014.

·        Coordinate with consultant day to day inspection if anything issues in the inspection immediately resolve the problems.

·        Co-ordinate with Concrete supplier and consultant for Trial mix.

·        Monitoring Quality Control Laboratory (Sampling & testing of materials) as per approved Concrete design mix & other activities as per project specs &QCS2014.

·        Coordinate with MEP and subcontractors to obtain clearance on time to avoid any delay in production.

·        Ensure quality of works in accordance with Method Statements, including the development of Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and check lists.

·        As per Audit schedule in the PQP periodically (every 3 months once) conduct internal and external audits, coordinate with 3rd party audit team for ISO certificate.

·        Conducting Method statement & material stock Training as approved schedule & Quality Induction training as per site requirements.

·        Coordinate with Consultant & Project Manager, Construction Manager and site team for Inspection and close out the open NCR’s/CAR’s &SDR.

·        Monitor site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions, ensuring that the internal quality systems are in place.

·        Co-ordinate with internally and Client’s in the project related to QA/QC procedure.

·        Prepare and submit monthly and weekly reports to the Client’s as per requirements.

·        Prepare monthly project QA/QC reports and Monthly QA/QC Questionnaire as per PWA (Public works Authority of Qatar).

·        providing feedback to Project Manager and identifying potential points of risk in quality aspects.

·        Prepare and submit Nonconformance (Root cause) and corrective action & reports.

·        Conducting Management review meetings year in twice.

·        To ensure use of proper safety procedures/policies while carrying out work activities as per company HSE policy and undertake safety responsibilities.

·        Monitor that all measuring testing devices being used on this project where required are calibrated periodically against certified standard equipment.

·        Coordinate with Third part lab for testing & sampling.

·        Monitoring and follow-up the Snagging (Punch list) closeout, Red line markup drawings & as built drawings, materials approvals.

·        Monitoring & Close out and all open NCR’s/CAR’s &SDR

·        Monitors and Reports Quality KPIs to measure and improve Quality Performance.

·        Managed the punch list (Snagging) and ensure the priorities with the contractor and consultant.

·        Manage project stakeholders (client, consultants) on quality related issues.

·        Establishes process analyzing and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction. Takes corrective action to bring about required change and ensure contract requirements have been executed at a level above the specified standards.

·        Day to day meeting with QA/QC team organize site inspection & close out the NCR/CAR, SDR (internal & external).

·        Weekly and monthly meeting with consultant and clients & authorities.
