Construction management in the Oil & Gas sector guides the overall activities, encompassing evaluation/quotation of tenders and preparing competitive bids (technical and commercial), analysis of technical & commercial deviations, and pricing strategies for an optimum procurement of resources. Aware of best HSSE practices in both Offshore/ onshore brownfield projects.
