Over 15 years of Qatar experience in MEP projects in different levels , Have a good Knowledge in detailed engineering and construction process in Electrical Systems, Fire detection and ELV services for commercial and residential high rise buildings, Five Star hotels & Pumping Stations.Anchoring on-site activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

• 15 Years’ experience in MEP projects in different levels.
• Have a good Knowledge in detailed engineering and construction process in Electrical Systems, Fire detection and ELV services for commercial, residential high rise buildings, Five Star hotels & Pumping Stations.
• Review and comment on the Contractor material submission, shop drawings, record drawings, As built drawings, method statements, ITPs, O&M manual, as per contract documents .
• Routine inspections to be carriedout to ensure that the Contractor is executing the project as per the contract requirement. Issue ‘CAR’ or ‘NCR’ in consultation with RE/PM as and when non-compliance is noted.
• Assist PM/RE/Sr. trade discipline in coordinating with the designteam as and when required especially for confirming RFI responses.
• Conducting the All Electrical Services Installation, Testing & Commissioning and final handing over.
• Delivered all assigned projects in specified time limit or before the agreed date by proper planning and coordination with colleagues.

• VHSE(Vocational Higher Secondary)-MRDA at Gov. Model boys Kunnamkulam , Kerala in 2000-2001
• SSLC at Appunni Memorial H.S Chemmanur,Kerala in 1999
• Autocad 2D & 3D at CADD Centre Training institute Thrissur in 2004
