I'm a passionate, goal driven healthcare professional with high value system & Strong work ethic. My entire professional experience is into Healthcare Quality,Patient Safety & Administration for almost 9 years now in tertiarycare multispecialty hospitals (in both teaching& private hospitals).

I'm currently heading Quality and Patient Safety Risk Officer in Doha clinic Hospital, Qatar. For last 8 years in southern part of India I am Heading a team of more than 10 to 15 members which includes Clinical Pharmacist, Infection Control Nurses, Quality Executives, Patient care team etc. I'm responsible for hospital accreditation & quality management works such as Development and coordination of policies and procedure, Document Control, Performance Indicators Analysis and Management, Accreditation, Regulatory & Licensing Roles, Clinical Quality Review, Incident Management, Integrated Risk Management, Conduct Periodic audits, Coordinates for Emergency and Disaster Preparedness, Leadership and Safety Walk Rounds, Training and Capacity building/ Recruitment:, Committee Meetings, etc.

I purely need this course to be enrolled for my career upgradation and to implement Accreditation Canada in my present organization and to learn/update my concepts in healthcare quality& patient safety,and to imbibe more leadership skills too. To become a surveyor, there is no end for learningand especially when it comes to managinga healthcare system with patients, employees & thirdparties.

I have almost 8+ yrs of experience in health care quality and Patient Safety.I have handled quality and accreditation works for Allopathic centres, Dental teaching institutions, Medical Hospitals and also for Blood Centre.

I am qualified CPHQ & CPPS certified and did my PG in Healthcare managemnet system
