As a insurance coordinator, I worked for a US claims for medical practitioners, I delivered excellent customer service(U.S Doctors) by placing calls , emails or by sending through enquiry through fax to insurance company for unpaid claims and aged claims . My ability to help Doctors to received payments for their service rendered to the patients in United States (U.S). When my manager noticed what I was doing to handle the critical situation and complaints about my work, He praised me and asked me to teach other employees on my procedure for handling the work orders to my co-workers .
