  • Experience includes quality control, surveying, supervising team members and contractors, writing project plans, reports and documentations, scheduling, reviewing bid proposals and awarding contracts, preparing budgets, and controlling expenses.
  • Excellent background in reviewing and evaluating the claim and tender analysis process.

  • Through knowledge of Construction Industry, responsible of Communications with client and management. Coordinates the activities of contractors/subcontractors if any labor relations, interpersonal skills including team building leadership, skills to mentor others.
  • Establishes and modifies Construction Methods and Strategies to adapt to site conditions, coordinates field activities with design changes and internal scheduling.
  • Computer skills: UNIX OS. Auto CAD, MS Office, Internet.

Personally involved in all phases of construction and site development of various types of projects such as Commercial, Residential, Marine (Commercial Terminals, Infrastructure & Buildings), Airfield Construction (Terminal Buildings, Runway, Taxiway and Apron), Infrastructure works (Road Construction, Underground Utilities/Service, Hard/Soft Landscaping), Earth Works and Consulting Soil/Foundations.
