My name is Rafatnaaz Taufiq Pathan. I have done my B.Sc,  B.Ed, Montesorri and Trained Phonics teacher. I have 7+ years of experience. I am able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis. I use a creative approach to problem solve. I am a dependable person who is great at time management. I am always energetic and eager to learn new skills. I have experience working as part of a team and individually.

2018/05-Current Mother Teacher. Delhi Public School, Nashik, Nashik, Maharashtra, INDIA 

 Promoted available resources and connected individuals with services.

  Organised transition period with the aim to make students feel more comfortable about the first day of the school. ( Maria’s Dairy)  Made bulletin boards related to the theme every after 45 days.

  Designed curriculum and taught fundamental Math with counting upto 50 with tens and ones, English, Theme and Hindi.

  Trained students for Jolly Phonics and make them read out three letter words with blending, tricky words and digraphs.

  Conducting activities every twice a week related to the theme.

  Making complete records of the students. 

 As per performance giving more attention to slow learners.

  Coordinating with parents and keeping update with the child’s development. 

 Teaching about basics of regular life like folding of mat, folding of napkins, pouring water into the glass etc.

  Conducting games for the children.

  Teaching about shapes community helpers, body parts, animals and their young ones.  Teaching with smartboard.
