My current position as an Entomologist and Quality control is autonomous. I am responsible for pests ID, identifying the underline treatment plan, inspecting the Quality of work, and completing the daily and project reports independently. I am faced with a tight time frame to complete all the tasks, write reports and work with less supervision. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, and I regularly use my time management and negotiation skills to address them. Most of my time throughout the week is spent visiting current and future projects and coordinating with different department teams at multiple locations in Qatar.
Because I often work on multiple projects at one time. I use a variety of tools for communication, prioritizing and organizing my work, and scheduling my time effectively. This helps me increase productivity overall in my team which therefore indirectly helps in the timely closure of Projects along with keeping high Quality of treatment work.
All my tasks require different time inputs with varying and often conflicting deadlines. In my current role, I have learned how to prioritize tasks along with effectively communicate with multiple teams. I think my knowledge and organizational skills have made it possible for me to juggle multiple projects at the same time and be an effective team member
