project management of major transportation projects in the USA (17 years), UAE (3 years), and Qatar
(17 years). The projects include major site developments, subdivisions, and road networks including
urban & rural and rail transit system.

Design Management experience on civil works, surface roads and tunnels, bridges & interchanges, and
underground Automated People Mover System (APM) includes feasibility studies and planning
requirements, Tunnel Alignment design, Settlement Assessment, Tunneling Boring Analysis-TBM,
Construction Impact on traffic and construction phasing, packaging and procurement strategies.
Additionally, the Design Management of sub consultants in preparation of infrastructure work packages
including diversions of utilities services, storm water & sewerage drainage, irrigation, access control, hard
& soft landscaping, and street and amenity lighting.
Ensured close coordination and compliance with Standards & Provisions of Public Work Authorities
(PWA), Ministry of Transportation & Communication (MOTC), Municipalities and Urban Planning
Authority, Civil Defense Authority, and public utility companies.

Project Manager (Roads & Highways): May 2022 to Present
Project Manager responsible for all the design deliverables for the construction packages 8 & 9, which
include the realignment of HW 55 with all interchanges, and the newly designed Ring Road for Neom
Industrial City with all interchanges land intersections linking the two freeways to newly improved and
expanded Duba Seaport on the Red Sea and to the newly designed Industrial City. In addition, project
management responsibilities encompass the design-Built package for 2 TBM undersea utility tunnels
connecting the newly designed Village Island in Neom Industrial City.
