• Established and Led the global DT/IT Global Competency Center (GCC) of 1000+ talent, successfully 
consolidating the entire DT/IT landscape across three major business units: Commercial Aircraft, 
Helicopter, and Defence & Space.
• Directed the rapid ramp-up of the GCC to manage the ever-growing global demand for multi-function 
operations, including Engineering, Finance, HR, Procurement, Quality, and Facility Management.
• Drove significant financial value by achieving 35% savings on global IT spend and $12M USD in annual 
cost avoidance through effective GCC/GIC execution.
• Co-led the strategic deployment of an AI-enabled Aircraft maintenance platform from the GCC India, 
contributing to over $1 Billion+ USD in annual revenue generation.
• Managed the strategic and financial planning for the GCC function, which included defining and 
executing the annual budget, managing workforce recruitment, and promoting technology initiatives.
