ruth bandoquillo

Hi i am Ruth Bandoquillo, a 32 year old single who  never thought that it would be my destiny to serve our elderly people and loved to be a companion for these aged ones. I’ve been working since 2011 in a small Homecare facility who has a 55 bed capacity until 2013 to find a higher level of my skills and passion, that was a heart breaking but then I have t move on to my next job is to leave my country behind and work as a private caregiver (2nd mom) in the Middle East. After 2 years of my service I have to go back home for some reason and went back again to work in the same field for 2 years and up to the present. Now think it’s time for me to move to another experience level without leaving my passion behind. 

As I was working with these people I learned from  them with so much gladness that I may carry through even when I get old that we need a little bit care about their emotional change,physical change and most importantly the mental change as they pass through the deteriorating stage. We have to accept that this is not  going  to  be easy to handle but it will let them feel that they are not alone and our presence will matter to them.

I don’t have any bachelors degree, I studied all skills to develop my talent which I am about to find out , i have graduated with a good moral in caregiving course and taking up some trainings  and was able to work with the American soldiers who were there to help our facility more of a home type for our elderly one.
