Responsibilities:

•  Accountable for all facade works from conception to completion.
• Review contractor submissions; System drawings, PMU/ VMU drawings MAR/SMP, shop drawings, RFIs.
• Review and approval of Visual Mock-ups, Performance mock-ups and benchmarks.
• Resolve the design/site related issue 
• Coordinate with Contractor and monitor their procurement, fabrication, delivery and installation as per agreed program. 
• Coordinate with Contractor to stablish proper sequence of work and ensure proper interface with façade element.
• Monitor day to day site activities with all required manpower, material and equipment at construction site.
• Monitor site daily progress, weekly progress and monthly progress based on agreed schedule.
• Coordinate Contractor and make sure that façade works are executed at site based on approved Quality Plan.

Responsibilities:

• Review engineering submission and ensure to compliance to project specification and design requirement.
• Engage with Subcontractor and ensure that all designs are compliant with building bulletin and other statutory regulation. 
• Liaison with Consultant and Façade Subcontractor to resolve the design/site related issue.
• Liaison with Consultant/Façade Subcontractor and make sure that Visual Mock-ups and Performance mock-ups are approved prior to proceed with mass production and installation.
• Coordinate with Façade Subcontractor/ other trade to stablish proper sequence of work and ensure proper interface with façade element.
