I have done my F.Sc 12th grade and diploma in accountancy.

I have almost two years of work experience and previously I was working with Qatar Airways as an Admin Assistant and Customer Service Agent. There I worked in different departments including Discover Qatar and Station Contact Centre. I worked in different teams including Reservation and Ticketing, Emails, Refund unit, Quarantine and leisure.As an Admin Assistant I used to handle the salary guidelines, check in and out of the employees and daily briefing. Also i worked in Global touch Islamabad as a customer Services representative.

I have excellent customer services and communication experience.
