A UPDA (Qatar) Certified Sr. Planning Engineer with more than 9 years experiences in Project Planning / Project Controlling in Construction Projects in Qatar & Sri Lanka. Prepare baseline schedule, review, approve, and monitor the baselines and update Programs using Primavera P6. Prepare Cost loaded S- Curve, Histograms, etc. for Weekly and Monthly reports. Prepare periodical reports as per the project requirements. Reporting to the Project Manager about the current work progress and analyze the critical path & area of concerns and study impact of alternative approaches to work Prepare & analyze Extension of Time claim using Time Impact Method (TIA), Window analysis etc. Identify and estimate resources, Resource Calculations & Cost Loading for the baseline programs. Prepare Tender Baseline programs for 05 medium scale projects. Prepare the Contractual Letters & project follow-up letters to the Client/ Consultant/ Sub-Contractors
