Resolving employees inquiry & queries related to payroll discrepancies.
Preparing employees Final Settlements (Leave and Gratuity Calculation) as per Qatar Labour Law.
Performing other duties related to payroll and final settlements.
Preparing Leave Salary to employees who are going for vacation.
Preparing ticket reimbursement for those employees who doesn’t want to go for vacation and eligible for company ticket.
Leave encoding in the system and arranging leaves as per the date.
Closing leaves once employees return back from vacation and informing HR manager if any staff extended his leave.
