Confident and qualified professional with over 15 years of working experience in the Payroll, HR and Finance domain. Started my career as an Audit Assistant, then handled the role of Accounts Assistant & Computer Operator in India.

Later joined the Finland based MNC Outotec Trading & Contracting WLL in their Qatar branch as Payroll & Account Assistant & then promoted as Head of Payroll & Branch Accountant.

Currently working as Payroll & Leave Management Officer at QD- SBG construction Company in Qatar.

Processing monthly payroll for more than 2500 employees as per the company policies and procedures.

Checking and verifying timesheet for all employees to make sure all absent days, sick leave are encoded correctly in the system.

Update all deductions and advance payment & attach deduction supporting documents with the timesheet and to save all the deduction documents for future reference.

Processing overtime hours & matching with the timesheet.

Making sure all employees getting paid correctly.

Resolving employees inquiry & queries related to payroll discrepancies.

Preparing employees Final Settlements (Leave and Gratuity Calculation) as per Qatar Labour Law.

Performing other duties related to payroll and final settlements.

Preparing Leave Salary to employees who are going for vacation.

Preparing ticket reimbursement for those employees who doesn’t want to go for vacation and eligible for company ticket.

Leave encoding in the system and arranging leaves as per the date.

Closing leaves once employees return back from vacation and informing HR manager if any staff extended his leave.
