Cerebral Palsy Lanka Foundation - May 2016 to May 2018

• Diagnosed and treated patients of various age groups and communication disabilities.
• Identified the disability of patients and determined proper therapy program and treatment in collaboration with multidisciplinary team. 
• Conducted training programs and workshops for the co-staff members on alternative and augmentative communication facilities and dysphagia management.
• Managed a large case load and maintained weekly reports.

Individualised development of education- Special education school (September 2018 to December 2019).
• Conducted assessment and treatment plan for adolescents with moderate to severe communication difficulties including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit hyperactive disorders and global developmental disorders.
• Worked with teachers to adopt the therapeutic knowledge which children require for communication in their school environment.
• Customised alternative and augmentative communication modes for children with severe communication difficulties.

Spring of Mercy – School for special needs - September 2018 to December 2019.
• Provided therapy for a small case load of adolescents with various communication difficulties.
• Initiated alternative and augmentative communication systems for each client’s needs.
• Trained and supervised the teachers where the children require intensive communication works.

Private practice
• Provided in depth assessment and treatment for various group of patients with speech and language disorders.
• Provided regular training for caregivers with neurological brain disorders for speech development and dysphagia management.
 

• Bachelor of Science (Special) Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, Specialized in Speech and Language Therapy with a second class upper division from University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka - 2016
