Implementing and maintaining company policy and procedures in various activities which is
in line with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
 Preparation and amendments of project quality assurance and Control plan, Method
statement and Inspection and test plan (ITP) in compliance with the project specification
and contract requirements.
 Monitoring and assuring the quality of MEP work execution at site.
 Inspection of HVAC, fire protection & plumbing subsystems/systems installation as per
approved shop drawings & contract specification prior to consultant inspection.
 Issue & administer Non Conformance Reports & ensure follow up for closed out, proposing
corrective actions.
 Ensure all materials delivered to the site are inspected & conforms to the specified
requirements.
 Checking and confirming the drawings and materials using at site are approved by client/
consultant.
 Maintaining and control of all project related quality records at site.
 Attending meetings with Main Contractors/Sub Contractors, Consultants, Client to resolve
quality issues/observation/non conformance at site.
