I am a Computer Science Engineer and had been working at Infosys for Apple clients in the past few years, lately as a Technology Analyst for an IT Production Support Project covering L2 and partial L3 level support.

I have now moved to Qatar and am an active QID holder.

Work as a primary Support Person from Offshore and provided support to various applications of Apple, The tech stack for these apps is Java and SQL.

Understand the various applications, their work flow and resolve the related issues/bugs.
Work on Data Extracts using JAVA written APIs and SQL based queries.
Providing Operational Maintenance for Directory Services (core component of Apple) responsible for stores user’s data.
Understanding the application requirement, Code walkthrough of the application in case of any Enhancement/bug fix.
Working on Priority issues ( Referenced as P1’s ) . During this anchored calls involving multiple stakeholders and ensured hourly communication to all on the status of the issue at hand.
Implement configuration changes/Code fix as per the application changes/user requirement as part of different Releases.
Work on Patch Upgrading activity.
Handle multiple maintenances, events, launches, upgrades during my tenure
Monitor and fix issues in Submissions app following any iPhone launches.
Handle multiple client requirements/requests from various sources.
Implement permanent fixes into production following rigorous RCA ( Root Cause Analysis ). Follow the SDLC process involved at Apple for this.
