Answering phone calls, and monitoring cameras for several locations nationwide.
Manage emails receiving and replying.
Control visitation, run warrant checks on visitors, assign inmates to appropriate rooms.
Coordinates, directs and trains all subordinates as required
Data input logs for all inmates including work release, work details
Works with maintenance to troubleshoot problems and ascertains probable cause.
