Coordination with HO Retail Administration team for daily operation and staff allocations.
Monthly Preventive Maintenance follow with focal contracts
Carried out Monthly Mock drill as per monthly basic and Schedule
Coordinating with PSEC, Balladry and Civil defense inspection.
Focusing on Expiry and Re- Merchandising as per FIFO System
Response for keeping proper stock as per store requirements
Responsibility take weekly inventory and stock justification
Preparing Site incident reports and follow up with police official if required
Briefing to the Staff about safety related issue as per HSSE advice.
Briefing daily company policy and procedure to employee before shift start
Preparing TBT and briefing on weekly basis,
Preparing employee weekly scheduled and divide 3 shift for 24 operation,
Responsible to run smooth operation,
Well wares with SIM (Store Inventory Managements) Business Intelligence, Back Office, R12 ORACLE AND center-matic
Software.
