Determining the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for construction projects.  Researching construction documents and analyzing specifications.  Preparing estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling project work.  Managing pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions.  Preparing estimates to meet project goals, such as setting work hours, sequencing tasks, obtaining materials and securing the best deals with vendors and subcontractors.  Ensuring that relevant documents and budgets are submitted before a bid deadline.  Regularly reporting to Management and keeping clients updated on the project status.  Formulating contingency plans and effectively managing risks that might impact cost and time estimates.  Collaborating with other teams, conducting site visits, and providing other services, like bid deliveries.  Working closely with key members of the project team and liaising with clients and suppliers  Measurement taking-off from Architectural / Structural Drawings, MEP drawings, Infrastructure, groundwork Drawings, and related Civil, Interior & Landscape works  Agreement and certification of sub-contractor’s interim valuations and final accounts.  Keep attention on Escalations, Fixed prices, Payment Claims, Variations, Retentions, Bank Guarantees, Bank Charges, Liquidated Ascertain Damages, etc.  Preparation of Project Final Settlements, Interim Payment Applications & Sub contract Payment Applications.  Preparation of Reports (Progress Report-Weekly / Monthly, Equipment / Labour Monthly Cost Reports & Sub-Contractor Liability Report)

Professional Examination Level I, Level II, and Level III examinations at Institute of Quantity Surveyor Sri Lanka and qualified as the Technical Member Institute of Quantity Surveyor Sri Lanka (IQSSL) (2018 – 2020) – Overall Grade Point Average (OGPA- 3.18)/ Register No- TS 3816 Completed the National Diploma in Quantity Surveying at National Vocational Training Institute – Narahenpita. Sri Lanka (2009 – 2011) Completed a Certificate course in Auto cad 2D & 3D modeling at Lalith Athulathmudali Vocational Training Center. – Ratmalana.
